Workshop presses
Hydraulic presses. 20 to 3000 tonnes.
Built in Turkey, with your contact and service in Poland. The machine arrives assembled and ready to run.
20 - 1000 tManual or automatic2 year warranty
Every type is built in the same hall to the same tolerances. What changes is the shape of the frame, the access to the tool and the force range.
The daily work of a service shop: pressing bushings and bearings in and out, straightening, light bending and punching.
Open on three sides, so tools go on and come off without a fight. The choice when you work with smaller dies.
A closed frame, single action. For forming and deep drawing, where the force has to repeat all shift long.
Send a drawing or just describe the part. Kumak designs and builds the press around your process, not the other way round.
Everyone promises tonnage. What decides whether a press lasts twenty years is what the frame does while those tonnes are going down. Kumak has been welding those frames in Turkey since 1985.
The press ships assembled and run in. You do not build it on your floor. Unload, connect, work.
Delivery runs straight from the factory to your address. Kumak Polska handles the transport, the clearance and the duty. You pay one price, the one in the quote.
Not a call centre and not a form that goes unanswered. Szymon picks up the phone, and comes to your plant when the job calls for it.
If the job calls for it, a Kumak engineer travels to Poland at Kumak's cost. Not yours.
We hold selected models in stock in the country. Then the transport is domestic and the lead time is days.
You buy from the factory, not from the third middleman in a row. That difference stays with you.
This is how a press works: the force builds, it does not hit. Let go and the ram eases back. Nothing snaps.
The hydraulics in every Kumak press do exactly this, with the force adjustable one tonne at a time.
Full force. Every Kumak press works exactly like this.
Not every job fits a catalogue. Kumak runs its own design office and builds presses for a specific process, from a single machine to a whole line.
These are our machines in production, on the assembly stations and wrapped for shipping. Not one of these images is a visualisation.

You tell us what the press has to do. A drawing helps, but it is not required.
You get the price, the lead time and the specification. In writing, before you order anything.
The press is built at our plant in Turkey. You get photographs from the floor as it goes, and you are welcome to come and see it in person.
The machine travels whole and protected. From stock in Poland or straight from the factory.
You connect it and work. Warranty and service from day one.
Quotes, lead times, transport and service in Poland. Speaks Polish and English.
The line to our factory in Turkey, custom production and technical questions.
Parts come straight from our factory in Turkey, which is where your press was built. Szymon Berlicki, your contact in Poland, coordinates it. If the job calls for it, a factory engineer travels to Poland at Kumak's own cost.
No. The press ships whole, assembled and already run in at the factory. You unload it, connect the power and start work.
Some machines are held in stock in Poland, in which case the transport is domestic. The rest ship from our factory in Turkey. We give you the exact date in the quote, before you order anything.
No. Kumak Polska delivers the machine straight from the factory to your address and takes on the transport, the clearance and the duty. The quote shows one price, and that is the price you pay.
Yes. Customers visit our plant in Turkey and we arrange it. You can also see your own machine on the floor before it leaves. You get photographs during production either way.
Workshop presses and press brakes carry 2 years. C-type and H-type presses carry 1 year.
Every machine comes with a full operating and maintenance manual.
Yes. Kumak presses meet European CE standards. The complete documentation travels with the machine, so you have it on site from day one.
Because we sell straight from the factory, with no chain of middlemen. Kumak has built presses in Turkey since 1985 under the Kenan Usta name.
The lower price comes from the shorter route, not from thinner steel. The frame is welded from solid plate, the cylinder is chrome plated, and the machines work across Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
We usually reply the same working day. A quote commits you to nothing.
We want to know how many people visit and how well our ads work. That needs Google cookies. Nothing starts without your agreement, and the site works the same either way. Details in the privacy policy.
