1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Cem Ocak, a private individual selling Kumak hydraulic presses under the Kumak Polska name.

For anything about personal data, write to info@kumak-polska.pl or call +48 518 339 856 or +48 887 400 033. Every message about data gets an answer.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form yourself:

• Your e-mail address. Required, because without it we cannot reply.
• Your message. Whatever you tell us about the machine or the part.
• Your name. Optional. You can leave it blank.

We do not ask for a phone number, a company address or billing details at the enquiry stage. If you call us, we talk about what you called about, nothing else.

3. Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use it for one thing: answering your enquiry and preparing a quote.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and for ongoing commercial contact Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell or trade your data. Two technical suppliers are involved, without which the site would not work:

Web3Forms

Delivers the form. Your enquiry passes through their servers on the way to our inbox. Those servers may sit outside the European Economic Area.

Cloudflare

Hosts this site and serves it to your browser. Processes your IP address as far as is necessary for security and delivery.

The info@kumak-polska.pl mailbox itself runs with our mail hosting provider in Poland.

5. How long we keep it

We keep commercial correspondence for as long as the conversation about a machine is live, and for up to 3 years after the last contact, which matches the general limitation period for commercial claims. If a sale happens, accounting records are kept for the period tax law requires.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• have your data erased,
• restrict how we process it,
• take your data to another controller,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

An e-mail to info@kumak-polska.pl is enough to use any of them. We answer within a month.

If you think we are handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Is giving us your data compulsory

No. It is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to answer an enquiry. You can always phone instead of using the form.

8. Cookies and statistics

The site runs without tracking. We store one thing in your browser, and only so that we do not ask you the same question twice:

• Your consent choice. Kept locally in your browser and sent nowhere.

If we switch on visitor statistics or Google advertising, those tools start only after you click Accept in the consent bar. Until then they set no cookies and collect nothing. Refusing blocks nothing on the site.

To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser. The consent bar will appear again.

9. Changes

If we change how we work with data, we change this document and the date at the top.
