The machine fits the process, not the other way round
Not every job fits a catalogue. When a part needs a different daylight, a different stroke or a different tooling layout, Kumak designs the frame from scratch and builds it in the same hall, to the same tolerances as the series machines.
It starts with your part. A drawing helps, but a description of what has to happen on the table is enough.

Presses that started from one specific part
Every one of these machines began as a conversation about what it had to do. None of them is a catalogue model.
Hot rubber moulding presses
Built at 160, 180 and 200 tonnes, with heated platens and vulcanising cycle control.
Oil extraction press
200 tonnes, built for cold pressing oil, with liquid collection and a long dwell under load.
Platen straightening press
600 tonnes, with a wide table and force spread evenly along the whole part.
Press with a numbering unit
100 tonnes in a C frame, with a numbering unit that marks parts inside the automatic cycle.
Hydraulic press brakes

Standard equipment covers a chrome plated cylinder, welded steel frame, oil pressure gauge, pressure adjustment, bending tool, manual back gauge, operating manual and a 2 year warranty. NC control and variable speeds are optional.
